Q. How far in advance should I order? Most customers first contact us 2 weeks in advance to tell us their thoughts regarding what gift they want to give that special person. Official orders and payments are usually completed 10 days in advance. In order to maintain excellent customer service we require you to place your order a minimum of 3 days in advance. If you require next day delivery please contact us first via email to ensure that we can accommodate your order before making a purchase. Next day delivery orders must be completed by 12pm and will be restricted to certain products only. Click here or Next day delivery gift baskets under the shop menu to see your options.

 Q. How to Order? Create an account on our website and add the items you want to purchase to your cart. On the cart page add your specified delivery date (e.g. Monday, June 8th 2020), any food allergies your recipient may have, comments and detailed delivery instructions (e.g. first house on the left) etc. A summary or your relationship with the recipient or their favourite things can be added for a personalised touch. Click checkout and select your delivery location. The free pickup option will automatically be selected, click edit under Method and select the parish your gift will be delivered to apply the correct delivery fees to your order. Select your preferred online or offline payment option. Fill out your billing & shipping address and click complete order. Q. What payment options do you accept? We accept Paypal for online Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. We also accept CIBC First Caribbean International Bank transfer and cash for offline payments. Please note full payment is required in advance to confirm your order. Q.How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered? A. Once your order & payment have been received, you will receive an email that includes your individual order confirmation number. Please refer to this number when contacting our customer service department about the status of your order. We will call or email you when your gift has been delivered.

We will contact you or your gift recipient 2 days before the delivery date to confirm a convenient delivery time. The morning of the delivery date we will call once again to confirm the delivery time. Your recipient will be provided with our contact information so they can inform us in the event they have an emergency and will be unavailable for delivery.                               
 Q. What happens if you deliver a gift and the recipient isn't there to collect?

If we attempt to deliver a gift and no one is available to accept the delivery we will leave a calling card at the recipients address and you will also receive an email confirming that we were unavailable to deliver. We will contact your recipient to schedule 

 Q.Do you deliver to hospitals?

A.This service has be discontinued at the moment due to COVID-19.          For hospital delivery, please include the recipient's ward number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, receipt of fruit baskets may not be allowed - telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies. 

Q.What days do you deliver?

A.We are open Monday to Friday and are happy to deliver your gift within those days.

If you or your recipient are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact us immediately. Email your concerns to [email protected],net within 5 days of receiving the product and include the order number. Where possible please submit a digital photo supporting your complaint. We will work with you to resolve the matter and provide an exchange or refund.
