Exchanges & Refunds
If you or your recipient are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, please contact us immediately. Email your concerns to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the product and include the order number. Where possible please submit a digital photo supporting your complaint. We will work with you to resolve the matter and provide an exchange or refund. We are unable to provide refunds for courses but we will work to ensure you master the techniques taught.
